Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Cascade's monitoring service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.

2. Description of service

Cascade provides synthetic uptime and latency monitoring, alerting, and status page hosting for endpoints you configure. The Service performs periodic checks against hosts and URLs you specify and notifies you according to the alert rules you define.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must only configure monitors for endpoints you own or are authorized to monitor.

4. Acceptable use

5. Payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Service itself but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be posted to our own status page in advance where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cascade Labs Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed alerts, monitoring gaps, or reliance on uptime data.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are used for abusive or unlawful activity.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
